MESSAGE FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN UNDER 13

As a matter of company policy, and in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Incredible Kid directs the following message specifically to parents of children under the age of 13. Collection of Information

As noted above, Incredible Kid collects information from its website visitors for the sole purpose of providing such visitors with useful information and services regarding our company and products. However, we recognize that children under 13 may not fully understand the consequences of submitting personal information on our website. Therefore, we require parents to provide express, verifiable consent before we collect personal information from children under 13. If we determine that information was submitted by children under 13 without parental consent, we will remove such information from our records.

Disclosure to Third Parties

In general, Incredible Kid will not disclose any personal information about our website visitors to any third parties. However, from time to time, we may disclose such information as described above and/or we allow disclosure to third parties as necessary to operate our business or as required by law. Access to Information

At any time, parents of children under 13 may access their personal information in our records by sending a request to privacy@incrediblekid.com and requesting in the subject line “My child (child’s name) privacy”. We will promptly provide the information upon verifying the identity of the parents. Parents also have the right to require us to delete such information from our records and opt-out of the future collection or use of information from their children.
